The ones that stand before you,  will be the unwilling victims of the band.  The hospital staff or THE NATIVES,  as they choose to be called,  control all of the land's pharmaceuticals as far as the eyes can see.  The smaller the height of the native,  the higher the rank with-in the tribe.  They have angst for heat,  so they dwell in mountainous caves or deep underground.   You will never find them easily,  but If you do see them come out,  you can guarantee that someone will have to pay for it.  Carajo land is their land,  and they run it with an iron fist.  Do your best not to upset them, or end up with your throat slit.
