Johnny "M.O.C"  Miranda

   "Master mind" behind the crimes and leader of the

band, is newly found inhabitant of the land,  JOHNNY.  

Johnny comes from a terrible past and is quick to forget about it using any drug he can get his hands on.  Because of his addictions,  he wakes up in jail,  more than his own home,  at least once a week.  So when awoken on this day in Carajo land,  nothing seems out of place.  Along with Cisco and the rest of the band,  they will set up and execute several heist against the inhabitants and the natives, to obtain cash,  herbals and pharmaceuticals.  THE NATIVES keep all that is good though out the land and ration out the rest to the inhabitants.  That's where the band comes in.  Stealing from the natives can prove lethal though,  since the only two punishments if caught,  are death,  or being banished from the land for the rest of your life.
